Returns Policy

 

Here at JoJo’s Lounge we love our customers and want you to be happy with your beautiful garms, If however, you are not or you experience any problems then we would like to know about it, please contact us.

If you wish to return any Goods you have purchased, please refer to our returns policy below. We do not offer refunds but an online shop credit depending on the circumstances.

Returning goods:

The first thing to do is contact us, please send an email, we aim to respond within 24 hours but in some circumstances, this may take up to 48 hours.

When you contact us please have the delivery note at hand

If you do not have this, please have your order date, order code, proof of purchase or as much information as you can so we can deal with the matter as quickly as possible

Upon contacting us, we will provide you with a returns reference number you will need to include this in the shipment when returning the goods to us.

  1. Reasons for return

If you notice that the goods, on arrival are:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged

Please do not accept delivery from the courier and sign the delivery note indicating what the problem is.

 

If your goods are:

  • Not what you ordered
  • There are some of the goods or part of the goods missing
  • The sizing is not correct

Please don’t panic! At JoJo’s Lounge this isn’t a problem, but you MUST contact us as soon as you become aware of the issue and not more than 3 working days after delivery. 

We do not offer refunds for mis-sized goods but will offer an online shop credit providing the goods are received by JoJo’s Lounge in the condition they were sent, if the error is on our behalf, we will endeavor to correct the issue as soon as possible.

Postage of returns are at your cost and must be posted via a tracked and insured courier, we recommend Royal Mail (Special Delivery).

We do not accept responsibility for your return until it reaches us. If the return is due to a fault or error on our behalf, we will cover this cost 

  1. An important exception to the above

Our returns policy does not cover goods which are faulty or damaged when the fault or damage is caused by you. This covers situations where you have not followed the instructions for use, have misused the goods, neglected or not taken proper care of the goods or similar scenarios, including fake tan, make-up or any other beauty product.
